Arman Farjoud is his name...do not put all your trust in him. I am dumbfounded as to how he was able to attain perfect ratings? I contacted him to help with my brother's case. He discussed his fees for his service upfront, to which I agreed. He promised to help and jump on the case and provide me with an update within 24hrs via phone call. I waited... his call never came. When I finally contacted him again, I found out he had not done anything he said he would... and instead wanted to discuss his future "potential fees". Typical stereotypical lawyer. I trusted the perfect ratings online. DON'T. Find a lawyer that keeps their promises. What use is a lawyer that says they will do something (for money) and end up ignoring you and wanting to discuss his future earning potential? You have been warned.read more

Where do I start, for the most part my personal experiences with attorneys are not very good. I always felt that most attorneys find you cornered or in a situation where you need to resolve an issue and for the most part they corner you and charge the most they could to get the matter handled. Arman is an excellent lawyer. He went out of his ways to make things easier for me. I don't live in Canada, but an eventful new year's eve in Toronto lead to a criminal charge. Arman got them to give me bail and let me out of Canada with the promise of coming back for a trial, all this on the first time I met Arman. Even though I was no longer in Canada, Arman and I remained in continuous communication preparing different aspects of the coming trial. He was always kind and patient, willing to listen any of my concerns. When I went back to Canada for the trial, Arman also assisted me with the immigration process. Last December after a night of drinking, I found myself in a holding cell on a Friday night. I was informed I would most likely spend the weekend at a provincial prison until the following Monday, as most lawyers would not show up to court on a Saturday morning to get someone they never met out on bail. A family member called Arman that night and I was out the very next morning, no weekend jail for me. Arman arrived at the courthouse at 7:00 am on Saturday and convinced the justice of the peace to grant me bail. I was charged with assault and weapons and intent to harm. It was serious as I've never been in trouble with the law before. To my horror, much of the incident of the night in question was caught on a security camera. I could scarcely believe it when I was informed the crown was insisting on 6 months of jail time. My job, family home, and whole life were essentially at risk after one bad night of drinking. Arman suggested I seek counselling well before we met the judge. Despite following his advice the crown was still adamant about me going to jail. Fortunately for me, the judge was impressed with the detailed analysis Arman offered on my behalf in terms of rehabilitation efforts and the night in question. She sided with him and refuted the crown's position. Not only did I not go to jail but the weapons charge and the intent to harm charge were thrown out. I received a conditional discharge and no permanent criminal record. Seeing Arman in front of that judge was something else. I knew then I made the right decision in hiring him. He saved me big time and I'll always be grateful for the work he did on my case. His fee's are reasonable and he's quite personable for a lawyer. If you find yourself on the wrong side of the law, believe me, call Arman and he won't let you down.read more

I am more and more impressed with the professionalism work of Arman. Even though he got me cleared he is still following up with me to make sure that the record has been destroyed by the police.
